100% Italiano Favolosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The “Favolosa” cultivar, or “FS17”, is an olive variety obtained in the Seventies through the free pollination of the Frantoio cultivar, later followed by a selection of the plants considered to be best suited for the purpose.
Experts say the resultant extra-virgin olive oil has a high content of antioxidant polyphenols with a superb cross between piquancy and bitterness, as well as harmony and balance from the herbal fruitiness.
Artichoke and tomato leaf notes, in addition to an outstanding ability to stand the test of time, a trait that makes this cultivar stand out on the Italian olive oil scene.
